I create custom websites and software using proprietary and open-source components. My specialties are business websites and applications written in C#/.NET, PHP, and JavaScript on Windows and Linux systems.

Estimating the time and effort involved in software projects is notoriously difficult, and no business wants to see prices inflate as a project progresses. This is why I offer free project planning, even if you decide to have someone else write the code.
